    • 100% Refund will be offered if cancellation is 3 days prior your arrival. • 50% Refund will be offered if cancellation is 2 days prior your arrival. • One day before and in the event of “no show” your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Are transfers and tours private?
    Casmere Tours and Transfers offers private transfers ONLY. Your comfort is our business.
  • Can the drivers make a stop?
    Because the transfer is private the driver will make a stop for you within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Do you offer special services?
    Certainly! Celebrating a special occasion or milestone? Tell us if you require a bottle of wine or champagne or crackers and cheese plater. We will advise you of the additional cost once the order comes in.

  • Can I customize a tour?
